1.1 The Chair welcomed the Members to the meeting.
1.2 There were no apologies.
2.1 The papers were noted.
3.1 Members considered the Welsh Government’s response to the recommendations contained in their report.
3.2 Members agreed that the Chair seeks further assurances from the Welsh Government regarding the future handing of perceived conflicts that may arise beyond the actual boundary of a Minister’s own constituency.
4.1 The motion was agreed.
5.1 Members scrutinised John Howells, Director of Housing and Regeneration and Ian Williams, Deputy Director, Homes and Places, Welsh Government as part of its inquiry into the Regulatory oversight of Housing Associations.
6.1 Members considered the evidence received.
6.2 Members were in agreement that the Chair writes to the Welsh Government to seek a sensibly redacted version of the Statutory Inquiry report on Tai Cantref Housing Association and that if it is not forthcoming, that the Assembly’s Power to call (Section 37 of the Government of Wales Act 2006) is used to obtain the document.
7.1 Members received a briefing from the Auditor General for Wales on his recently published report on The Welsh Government's initial funding of the Circuit of Wales project.
7.2 Members have previously indicated that they wish to scrutinise the Welsh Government on this issue who have been invited to attend Committee on 12 June.
